The recruitment policy at Leahy O’Riordan is based on attracting talented people who are motivated to join a progressive and supportive practice where good communications is central to the establishment of long-term relationships.

Experienced / Professional Staff

We aspire to attract those professional and experienced persons who understand that client service is at the heart of the practice.

Students

In return for an excellent remuneration package and the training to develop their careers, students are expected to provide commitment, determination, energy and initiative to their roles within the practice.

It is our policy to actively encourage students to attend their classes and present themselves for exams in a prepared way.

Administrative and Support Staff
